If you live long enough you just have to smile at the things that go on in life.

In 2002 I became ill with a disease called Spasmodic Dysphonia.

I was under the care of Kaiser hospital for two years. During that time I learned a lot about how the health care system worked (or didn’t work). After two years of tests and probing the best they came up with was a five part prescription regiment and throat injections for the rest of my life, not pretty.

I was told if I didn’t do this I may never speak again and the disease could progress. I walked away after two years in search of better answers.

Fast forward – I found some of the answers on my own in the natural holistic area. The internet played a major role in helping me find these answers.

Dumb Life Events

Life offers up a lot of unusual things, many of what we see happen is classified as dumb.

This website, Dumb Life.Com, is a project to entertain, inform and bring to light some of the crazy things we all encounter in life.

Sometimes we also come across some cool and useful solutions here and there. I make no bones about it, when I find something good, something that looks legit and is beneficial to my readers, I like share it. And in some cases I even make a buck or two from it, this rubs some people the wrong way, someone trying to make a buck, imagine that.

If you find yourself walking around and saying “This dumb a__ life” then you will be able to relate to some of the stories on this website. I’m surely going to enjoy writing it for you and I hope you will enjoy reading it.

Somethings we have to laugh at things and somethings we just shake our heads at what we see, but at the end of the day we know tomorrow, God willing, we will do it all over again.
